How engagements usually work
Most engagements start with a short conversation about the business problem, not the technology. From there we agree the smallest piece of work that produces a real decision or a working result — an audit, a roadmap, an MVP plan or a build.
More specific engagements
The five areas above are how I describe the work overall. Some engagements are narrower and have a page of their own:
- AI development — building custom AI solutions, and knowing when to buy one instead
- AI automation — deciding which processes repay automating, and building them
- Chatbot development — customer and internal assistants in Arabic and English
- Digital transformation — sequencing a wider programme so it finishes
- Training and workshops — building the capability inside your own team
Frequently asked questions
Which service do I actually need?
If the question is what to build or whether the plan is right, that is Fractional CTO work. If the plan is settled and you need it built, that is web and product development. If people cannot find you, that is search and AI visibility. If you are unsure, describe the problem and I will point you to the right one — including elsewhere if it is not something I do.
Do you work with our existing agency or developers?
Yes, and it is one of the most common arrangements. I give technical direction, review what is delivered against what was agreed, and give you an independent view of whether the work is on track. I do not replace the people already building.
How do engagements usually start?
With a short diagnostic rather than a proposal for a large programme. It is cheaper for you and it means the first real recommendation is based on what your systems actually do, not on what was described in a meeting.
Do you work outside Kuwait?
Yes, throughout the GCC, remotely with on-site sessions where they add value, in Arabic and English.
